Hi Kitos after a while. Now, I want your help for one of my friends essay. Thanks in advance for correcting it
No one can ever deny that making decision is one of the most, if not the most, important duty of the leaders in management and guiding the groups. In other words, making decisions is a contributing factor of being successful in each group. As a consequence, it is very important for each leader to make a correct and appropriate decision in vital times in order to satisfy the main goals of his/her group. There are some significant factors which contribute in making a correct decision by a leader. From my point of view these factors can be accessible to every leader just by his involving the members of the group in the process of decision making.
In the first place, it is very important that we should note every leader has some limited abilities and experience which set the stage for making a wrong decision in a critical situation, so it is very logical for each leader to ask other members of their group to express their opinions and view points to gain some novel ways and ideas that can help the leader in his/her decision making.
The next important advantage of involving the members of the group in this proc edure is that it has a very remarkable mental effect on the each member of group that is contributing to bring up the efficiency of every other member. For example, if some one know his/her idea has a leading role in the success of the group, that member will try to improve his/her performance and show more creativity in his/her duties. Consequently, they are more likely to have a prosperous group.
In conclusion, I hold the view that, although all the responsibilities of each decision should be accepted just by the leader of the group, it is very important to include the members of the group in the decision making process, because it is more likely to make a better decision in each situation. ................................................................................................................................ Not too bad Sarak, but the weakness is in the punctuation being wrongly used.
