GMAT® Score of 720?

I will take the GMAT soon, i hope get a score of 720, is-it very difficult ?

In short, yes. Not impossible, but certainly not easy by any stretch. That's 95+% percentile for the test, meaning that 95% of people that take the test get a lower score.

Especially important for business schools are your scores on the quantitative section. You don't want to bomb the verbal and essay parts, but they're not nearly as important.
