The correct word is ‘commercial’. ‘Commerical’ has a typing mistake. It’s one of those frequently recurring typos (typographical errors), which can happen if you type too fast.

Here are a few famous typos:

“I know judo, karate, jujitsu and other forms of marital arts.”

“Our massage treatments help relive your pain.”

The singing of a document.

When I was about 18, a couple of friends and I went into a local bar and saw a girl we knew working as a waitress. We thought it was great that she'd found work, but she told us it was no big deal.
