I suggest the following approach:
1) Bev and/or Charles or anyone interested in this job gets access to the PDF/Word versions of our 5 TOEIC tests and of our 5 TOEFL tests.
2) You assess the amount of time they'd need to proofread/correct the tests (they can only be some very minor things).
3) We agree on a price for this job.
4) You edit/correct the tests and keep a log of the changes.
5) Based on your correction log we make the same changes in the online version.

At the same time we need some input from you as the editors/test writers regarding the new author/editing system we are creating. What features and design do you want?

TOEIC listening, question-response: Who's the best person to ask about this?

Well, PDFs/Word documents would be a lot quicker and easier to run through than doing it on line.

I've got no idea what an editing system could do. I just want to proofread and fix the damn quizzes before they go public. As with the above, it would be a lot more efficient to look at and fix a document, I think, as long as getting the document into test format on the website is mechanical and foolproof.
