When is the toefl® pattern goin to change

i live in hyderabad(INDIA).i wanetd to write toefl exam in june 2006, my friends told me that its goin to change in may 31.i am gettin confused.plzz any body can you inform me the correct date for toefl pattern change,plzzzzzzzz :cry:.
