1) I teach English to 10th class OR I teach English of 10th class. ??

2) I heard about it through a friend OR I heard about it from a friend. ??

3) I can't go into details OR I can't go into detail. ??

1. I don't know what this 10th class is exactly, I suppose that depends on the system of education in your country. Assuming that a 10th class exists, you could say:
- I teach English to a/the 10th class (I don't know the article because I don't know what this class is, but you do need an article).

2. You could use either preposition. "Through" means the friend is the medium through which you heard it; "from" means he is the source. In many contexts, this difference does not matter.

3. Both are fine and have the same meaning.
