I have posted about this here and discovered that I am not the only person experiencing this.
complex sentences

When I type the name G anesh (without the space) into a message, it appears normal until I post the message. The word then changes to 'thanks'. If I go back and edit the post, I see the letters as I wrote them (G anesh)
I will now type the word G anesh without the space: Ganesh. What do you see? I see the name G..... in editing mode, but I see the word 'thanks' in the preview and in posted mode.
(It also happened in the subject of this post, which is why I have had to add extra spaces!)

Bumping this up.
I'd appreciate a less condescending and more accurate answer than the one I received in the other thread.

Hi Bev, I had added the word 'Ganesh' to the word censor list because he kept posting it in every single subject line of any of his questions. I now have removed the word from the list so you will be able to type it without any problems.

I apologize if any of us came across to you as condescending and inaccurate. That was not our intention.

Many thanks,
Torsten

Thank you, Torsten.
Ganesh was also wondering why this was happening to his name.

As for the apology about the previous answer, that's very gracious of you, especially as none of the technical team were at fault.
I'm happy to put it behind me and move on now.
