In one of this forum I found that "Did I tell you? is correct"

If I changed the word 'tell' with 'say', how can I ask this question ?

Did I ever said you?
Did I ever say you?

Do I say you ?

Which are correct? Could you please help me.

but it doesn't sound as natural as 'Did I tell you?'
