Hi Morrik,
The main difference is that are being done is a passive construction as in:
The things you wanted me to do are being done today (in other words someone is doing them)
Should have done is a perfect infinitive after should (ought to) as in:
He asked you to do those things and you still haven't done them. You should have done them last night

hi, thanks for your explanation ....but one more question is arw being done and are having done both means the same? |

are being done refers to the fact that the process of doing has been started
are having done refers to the fact that the process of doing has been started at somebody's request or order.
