Good morning, kitos. Please correct my essay. Thanks a lot! :)
To achieve successful development of a country, a government should focus its budgets more on young children's education rather than our universities?
There is much controversy nowadays over the budgets was distributed to ensure successful country's development-should its focus its finance more on young children's education than on universities has appeared recently, even though some might support on this point. However, there are some occasions when I don't fully agree with their opinions.
The first reason that I am trying to convey is that it takes billions of dollars to buy and improve the facilities on campus of higher education, such as computers, books of library, supplementary instruments. Individuals and alumni simply cannot raise such huge amount. It is government's duty to subsidize the university education. For instance, a survey conducted by the Chinese education Research Center, after polling more than three hundred educationist and sociologist has found a significant percentage of most respondents who claimed that if the government focuses its budget more on very young children education, the quality of college education will drop off.
Among other reasons that I think cannot be ignored is the one that having been exposed to these type of a great amount of money easily attracts outstanding students and staffs working for higher education. In brief, the good facilities not only help us feel confortable a little bit, and even be a stimulate to continue our work; due to the whole level of students and teachers that will improve continuous.
Admittedly, it is absolutely not necessary for the kindergartens and primary schools establish a scholarship mechanism. However, it is quite reasonable and indispensable for government to set up an appealing scholarship system to spur the scientific research, and make sure every student receive a well rounded education.
As stated above, however, of course, there are limits on this. The investment in higher education is not the only yardstick we can use to measure the quality of education, we just say that the benefits of the government focus its budgets on universities will outweigh the serious problems. I still believe this is a nice gesture, and well worth doing.
