I have downloaded Java and closed all the audio device I can think of.

The window just says:
ListenUp version V1.97 (build 451, Mon Apr 12 00:00:00 CST 2010)
Local Error: javax.sound.sampled.LineUnavailableException: line with format PCM_SIGNED 16000.0 Hz, 16 bit, mono, 2 bytes/frame, little-endian not supported.
Could not open audio device.
This may be caused by another application using the audio device.
Please close other audio programs and try again.
Please make sure you have speakers or headphones plugged in.
If recording, please make sure you have a microphone plugged in.
You may need to restart the browser after fixing the audio problem.
