| Hi tutor, I'm not sure on how this programme works. When is it that you are to reply back to us? I'm not sure how to see that message of yours, but I have sent you a message though. . Anyway, just to let you know again that the reason I am wanting to learn english, is to feel confident about myself and not be scared to speak up. Yes, english is an international language and we need to be fluent to be able to get a good job or a better career. Please help me, I feel sometimes that I am distracted or not thinking straight when I speak. I don't know how to explain it but whenever I speak, I'm lost with words or my words are scrambled in a way that it does not make sense at all. I really need to work on that, and also to know how to put complicated words in a sentence and to understand it. When someone talks and starts saying words that I dont understand, thats where it gets difficult for me. Hear from you soon. thanks |

Lani, your English is quite good, but I would just like to say that speaking good English will not guarantee you a good job in England. The market is awash with English natives who cannot find work. Speaking good English will obviously be a plus, but please don't assume that it will guarantee you a job.

Hi Torsten,
You are really doing a great job and we are learning a lot. My main issue is regarding "speaking and listening". I hope that after getting your lessons I will be able to over come on these two issues. I have one suggestion that might be accepted by your end. There should be a conference call so that a group of participants can discuss with each other under your guidance.
Regards,

I'd want to improve my writing and comunicating skills, ut i have few occasions to practise, so i decided to reply because i think the best way how to reach that is to start to comunicate with anybody. Whats your opinion? regards Mia |

I want to improve my English because I would like to be able to follow a film in English without stopping the DVD too many times and look up certain words in the dictionary. But I must still whatch the film in half of normal speed so I can read the subtitles. /Maria |
