The best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries
How is this article, Kitos? I am afraid it is a little bit verbose.
Is increasing teachers' salaries the best way to improve the quality of education? In my OPINION, money can be a quite important concern for most people while making decisions about their careers, and high salaries are useful in terms of attracting the qualified candidates for teaching and encourage them to perform better in their own job. Therefore, the increasING of salaries can be the best way to improve the quality of education.
First, high salaries can attract more talented people to devote themselves in theIR CHOSEN career, which may be vital for the quality of education. There is no denying the fact that a high salary will certainly be more attractive to people when they ARE decidING which job to take. With higher salaries, more people will be willing to seek their careers in education, so the competition for this area will certainly be fiercer. Therefore, the education sector can choose the better candidates from these competitors. With better participators of education, who are more patient, intelligent and suitable, students will surely receive much better education than ever before.
Furthermore, high salaries will encourage teachers to work better in their jobS. If the teachers just receive a small amount of money, they will be unwilling to focus on their own job or even seek other kinds of WORK. If the teachers are just provided with the basic needs of life, can you still expect them to love their jobS, and in turn have the urge to do better and better? If we want teachers to perform better and better in the area of teaching, we should give the incentive to them, AND pay THEM for their hard work. I believe that high salaries may be the best incentive. In this sense, a high salary for teachers may be essential for good performance of their teaching.
In the final analysis, if we expect higher quality education, we should first ensure that the people who do well in this area will be awarded for their work. On the contrary, if the wages teachers receive can just satisfy their basic needs about life, they will never be willing to enter this sector, nor do a good job in this sector. Therefore, I firmly believe that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teachers' salaries. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: A well reasoned essay Tammy.
