Therefore, the increase of salaries can be the best way to improve the quality of education.

First, high salaries can attract more talented people to devote themselves in the career of education, which may be vital for the quality of education. There is no denying the fact that a high salary will certainly be more attractive to people when they decide which job to take. Then, with higher salaries, more people will be willing to seek their careers in education. So the competition for this area will certainly be fiercer. Therefore, the education sector can choose the better candidates from these competitors. With better participators of education, who are more patient, intelligent and suitable, students will surely receive much better education than ever before.

Furthermore, high salaries will encourage teachers to work better in their job. If the teachers just receive a small amount of money, they will be unwilling to focus on their own job or even seek other kinds of job. If the teachers are just provided with the basic needs of life, can you still expect them to love their job and in turn have the urge to do better and better?
