Can you help rate my article, Kitos? Any comments will be OK, many thanks!
It may be true that the movies about real life have great values for us since they give us the instructionS needed for life. However, it is arbitrary to assert that THEY ARE only form of movies worth watching. In my OPINION, films that have nothing to do with our real life can also have great value for us.
First, the aim of many films, such as comedy films, is just to give people amusement and help them to escape from the troubles of the real world. Films of this kind may be based on our real liVES. However, they are never able to give us the instructions about real life and on the contrary, they just help people to forget about their OWN realITY , even temporarily. When I am fed up with my studIES, I often go to the cinema and watch films of this kind. After I watch A comedy film, I often feel happy, and then I will have the motivation to face the difficulties in life. I believe that thESE kind of movies have value because they can give us the relaxation and recreation we need. Though they may not be able to teach us about real life, they can actually help us a litTLE IN dealing with the affairs in real life.
Furthermore, some science fiction movies may broaden our imagination and encourage us to explore the unknown world. Although this kind of film has little connections with the real life we are living in, it is quite worth watching. Can you imagine how many young people are inspired by the films such as "Star Wars" and set up their minds to explore the mysterious OF THE universe? I believe that the influence of films of this kind is tremendous. It is difficult to measure the exact value of films of this kind, but we can never deny their role in the development of scientific research, though they may never be able to teach us something about the real life.
In the final analysis, while I admit the value of films about real life, I believe it is too arbitrary to assert that they are the only ones worth watching. On the contrary, I believe that other films, such as comedy films and science fiction films, may even have GREATER value since they help us to experience the things that we can never experience in real life. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Pretty good Nina.
