RespectedProff.Kitosdad Namestay (GoodEvening) Please check my essay and suggest me which area needs to be improved. I would be obliged .I would not forget your kindness and taking pain for me whom you have not seen. Thankyou verymuch A teacher is one who imparts knowledge to an individual, AND IN DOING SO makes his individuality more significant. No doubt only a cognizant, learned, erudite person can outlive in the era of globalization, but to retain the existence, a person needs TO LEARN human values AND, to nurture THEIR many attributes. Definitely a teacher holds this responsibility to instil these values in his students. Now a question arises, how IS it possible? S/he has to teach the particular subject? We should not forget that a true teacher holds the legacy for the future generation. He moulds his students into FULLY equipped human beings by providing knowledge along with human values. To focus only ON giving excellent knowledge of the subject to the students makes THEM wearY, AND uninterested. It directs them to tantalize, titillate other students in the class. It may hamper the teaching but a competent, prudent teacher uses anecdotes relating to the atmosphere, life, past and present and brings them back to the teaching of the subject. Following this technique students are inculcated values. His teaching is not only made effective or emphatic, but also interesting and valuable. Moreover the particular subject becomes comprehensive. Throughout the world we encounter many people who are illiterate, AND YET they are successful in their field. How does it happen? Does their knowledge make them successful? Not at all, but their values, human traits which are sowed INTO THEM by their parents. NowAdays a child SPENDS THE maximum time away from his home, even with the teachers, so s/he has to shoulder the responsibility to make the budding true human beings good citizenS by providing A conducive and intellectually stimulating environment by relating well with students. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Pretty good Neelam.
