I absorb some experience to make a better sturcture.

From generations to generation, parents always talk about whether they should give money as a reward when their children give a better score. There is a growing tendency that parents nowadays prefer to give money to reward their children rather than give some encouraging words. Personally speaking, I do agree with this ideal. Giving money to their children for their hard work has many benefits.

To begin with, giving money is a useful way to encourage them to keep on hard working. After earning money by hard work, they can buy many things they dream to. After children realize that through working hard and receiving high marks they can earn some money to buy toys or comic strips they want, they would try their best to study to get better grades. This is a virtuous cycle, which seems to work hard, get better scores, receive price for hard work, encourage by the money, and continue to work hard. On the contrary, if parents just give some words as a reward, children may feel they do not get what they should. They still cannot buy toys or books they want to obtain. Maybe they become frustrated and do not work hard anymore.

Second, giving money to children is not only a reward, but also a chance to build up their ability to manage money correctly. One the one hand, this can help children understand what is the truth of money. After receiving the money, children become a small capitalist. They have their own property. They know it is their hard work that makes them earn the money. No sweet without sweat. They can remember these words in their minds. This will help a lot in their future. For another thing, they can learn how to use the money. Since the money they earn is letter. They should try to spend their money in correct way. They may figure out what they really need and what they do not need. They build up a skill to spend money in a more efficient way. Children who do not receive money from their parents cannot build up these abilities. These children may be in adverse positions when they compete with children who learn the true meaning of money and the ability to manage the money.

In summary, giving money to children for their high grades can not only encourages their study, but also helps foster abilities necessary in the future. I really appreciate this behavior.

Maybe they become frustrated and do not work hard any more.
