I know that NOt only ...but also can be used to connect two subjects or verbs.
Can I say," He not only is good at English but also helps others with it."
Is it a correct sentence?
Or should I say," He is not only good at English but also helps others with it."

My two cents:

Not only is he good at English, he also helps other with it/he helps other with it as well.

Let's wait for our teachers and see what their opinions will be. :)
