Today, working in team is very important to get the highest results. And one of the most important things to ensure that a team works well is the role of the leader. The leader has to connect all members together to run a work or a project perfectly. To do this, the leader needs to collect all idea and work of others to make a decision and make them feel that they are part of a making decision. It will make the other people feel that they are respected as well as they are encouraged by themselves to work harder and responsibly contribute more and more in next decision makings.

First of all, when an idea of any one in a group is considered, it mean that that person has a certain role in the group and that person will feel that he or she is respected by whole team. It is necessary because people need to be respected in any community that they take part. It shows them that they are active and effective member. If not, people will feel that they are not useful and become passive gradually. This is an awful thing because any decision that wants to be perfect needs ideas and suggestions of all people.

Second, when people feel their important roles in a team or group, they will work more responsibly and effectively because they know that their works effect on many different decisions of whole team. For example, when a decision is being made, if so far, the leader of a group has made all members feel that they are part of a decision making, all of them will try to find all details and problems as well as probabilities of that decision by some ways. And finally, the leader has many ideas and suggestions from different points of view. After considering all of them, the group will has the best decision with the lowest risk.

In conclusion, making other people in a group feel that they have an important role in making decision is very important. It will make other members feel that they are respected and useful. It also motivates them to work diligently and actively to make right decisions with the others in the future.
