Today, working in team is very important to get the highest results, and one of the most important things to ensure that a team works well is the role of the leader. The leader has to connect all members together to run a project EFFECTIVELY. To do this, the leader needs to collect all ideaS and THE work of others to make a decision and make them feel that they are part of THE decision. It will make the other people feel that they are respected, as well as they are encouraged by themselves to work harder and TO DEVELOP A SENSE OF responsibly BY contributING more and more in next decision makings. First of all, when an idea of any one in a group is considered, it meanS that that person has a certain role in the group and that person will feel that he or she is respected by THE REST OF THE team. It is necessary, because people need to be respected in any community that they ARE part OF. It shows them that they are active and effective memberS. If not, people will feel that they are not useful and become passive gradually. This is an awful thing, because any decision that wants to be perfect needs ideas and suggestions of all people.
Second, when people feel their important roles in a team or group, they will work more responsibly and effectively because they know that their works effect on many different decisions of THE whole team. For example, when a decision is being made, if so far, the leader of a group has made all members feel that they are part of a decision making, all of them will try to find all details and problems as well as THE OUTCOME of that decision. finally, the leader has many ideas and suggestions from different points of view. After considering all of them, the group will haVE the best decision with the lowest risk.
In conclusion, making other people in a group feel that they have an important role in making AN IMPORTANT decision is very important. It will make other members feel that they are respected and useful. It also motivates them to work diligently and actively to make right decisions with the others in the future. .............................................................................................................................
