Do you agree or disagree with the following statement
It is better to be safe than sorry
Use reasons and examples to support your response
People always Face what they face in life in different manners .these Manners differ from one person to another according to their education and experience in life. Some act directly without thinking to face a sudden issue ;so they feel sorry for that in most cases .Others think carefully in a safe way before they act and the results are satisfactory in most cases. For me I find it better to be in the safe side than to regret and feel sorry .
The first kind of people, those who think before they take any action; therefore, the results of these actions in most cases are satisfactory for them .At any case they face, they think about what they have to act ,think in all possibilities and reach to the last decision. At all cases the matters we think of always ends in a good way .For example , when I was a student, my friends was easily making me angry, so my behaviors was unexpected ; always my actions came a little bet over and without thinking .I fight with them a lot ;I was about to lose their friendships; I begged their forgiveness a lot ; I hate that situation .I have a friend of mine who is thankful ;he did not act without thinking and our friends could not make him angry easily ;therefore his relation with our friends was stronger than I. That is why thinking before acting is better.
In Addition to the first kind of people who think before they act ,the people who act without thinking ;the results comes in most cases with regret. At any case the face they react directly without any hesitation ;they do not thing of their acts’ consequences. Mostly all action which are taken that way ends with regret .For example, we heard a lot of stories about people who killed someone out of anger .no matter what sorry you feel after you act like that .
In conclusion ,we have seen the two kinds of peoples. The peoples who think before they act and the good results coming out of that thinking and how much they are safe. and the people who act without thinking and the tragic consequences coming out of that acting and how much they feel sorry as a result .From all the above mentioned ,it is better for me to be safe than sorry.

This is really poor work Ossama, although the essay itself is quite good. Your punctuation is hopeless, and you use capital letters when not needed, and not when they are needed.
You have to read the work of some good writers here. Note their punctuation, and how they begin sentences. You need help, but like most people, you put off until the last minute. You have time to correct all your faults, but only if you are prepared to work hard. If you aren't, you will not pass the TOEFL. It's as simple as that.
