In Turkey, traffic accidents are the biggest problem. For decreasing traffic accidents, public agencies use a slogan which is 'do not be monster' to invite the drivers to obey the rules. Authorities assert that too high A rate of traffic accidents are stemming from non-deterrent punishments as well as THE educationAL level of drivers' psychology. In my opinion, people who ARE neither afraid of getting killed in car accidents nor IN increasING the NUMBER OF traffic accidents should pay due attention to driving a car carefully.
PrimarILy THE idea is that THE educationAL level of drivers IS of great importance IN drivING a car. The government should encourage the driving school to conduct driving lessons to young drivers for a longER period. The government SHOULD also give them a clear picture as to how accidents happen and THE safety of the others on the road. In addition, when driving a car, drivers' psychology is one the most significant issues. Should the traffic move bumper to bumper, drivers will blow a fuse. Therefore, the risk of traffic accidents increases while they ARE drivING a car.
Another important opinion is deterrent punishments which should be carried out as much as possible. Inasmuch as, if punishments are not ENOUGH to be A deterrent, the incidence of traffic accidents will probably increase more. Thus, too high rates of traffic accidents will be able to BE decreased by punishments. To illustrate, an individual who kills a person or an animal shouLD be penalized at a maximum level. Since, the government would rather just fall on deaf ear about the problems than actually dealing with it, and this only makes the situation much worse.
All in all, the obvious conclusion to be drawn would be that inadequate education courses together with INSUFFICIENT punishments bring about traffic accidents. Opponents allege that useful information AND enough deterrent punishments are given by government. In my view, unless necessary measures are taken, the number of traffic accidents will be on the increase. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Not bad Retnokisnon.
