Yes.

Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon River into Italy (against the Roman Law which prevailed at that time) and started a civil war. He had publicly declared himself to be a threat and was past the point of no return.

Even yesterday evening I printed the two tales about The Boy Who Cried Wolf and J.C.Crosses the Rubicon and before sleeping I read it. I can recommend these links to everybody who likes the stories.
