1.However, I question whether mere reliance on education would curb the spread the intake of such food.
2.To sum up, I believe many reasons attribute to the prospering of fast food.

I have no idea wehter the phrase "the spread the intake of such food." is right.
the word "attribute" should be replaced by "attributed"
