Thank you, Kitos!!!
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important aspect of a job is the money a person earns. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. The professional success depends on different factors. Some consider THE financial factor a dominant one, others associate THEIR job with fun or professional development. As a matter of fact, moving up the career ladder presupposes that people get appraised on the grounds of their performance, and the latter depends on how professionally motivated employees are. While for some people money is a top priority in their professional goals, I am favoring professional satisfaction over the financial stability.
I should start by saying that when a person earns enough money, performing a job he or she does not like, this person might give up doing that job soon. On one hand, high salary might stimulate people to work hard and stick with their job, on the other, there are a lot of people who used to perform the job they did not like and gave up in a SHORT while. As a rule, there are a lot of reasons for that, but the most important one is that people cannot achieve the realization of their skills and professional abilities. For example, when a friend of mine worked at a language center, he faced the same kind of problem. Though he earned enough money, he had to follow certain curriculum and he could not allow himself to be creative with students. When he started to give private lessons, even though he earned less, he felt happier, because he could be creative and develop his own syllabus.
Moreover, when people enjoy their job, it will likely to bring them more money than the job they do not enjoy doing. When people are involved in their job and do not consider it as an every-day routine, it might give them more chances to enjoy every aspect connected with the process itself. The more successful people are in what they are doing, the more likely they ARE TO earn a lot of money.
To sum, money is a very important aspect of every job. People need money to earn their living and support families, but when people perform the job they do not like or they do not feel satisfied with, that kind of job might not bring them financial success. That is why, one of the most important aspects of any job is the professional development. .............................................................................................................................
