Thank you Our Tort System. I looked up "kicking up a fuss" in the dictionary (The free dictionary). However, I did not find anything. It was a search problem. I should have deleted "ing" in the end of "kicking". _________________ If you need help, on a windy night, be sure to leave a candle burning so a friend can see the light. |

Yes, always do searches for idioms with the infinitives of the verbs that comprise the idioms, because dictionaries list idioms that way, with infinitives. Also, use Google to search for idioms that you do not recognize. Most of the time Google will bring up a lot of links to the sites/dictionaries where those idioms are defined. _________________ If it's not easy, don't do it!
