HELP! I don't know how is my TOEFL® iBT score?

I just got my TOEFL iBT score today, it's Reading 20 Listening 22 Speaking 19(i hate this, i was nervous on test day) Writing 22 Total 83. I'm applying colleges, I'm going to send my score, so how is my score? average or below?thank you!

I also took a TOEFL PBT last summer, the score is section1 54 section2 48 section3 52

i don't know which is better, which one should i send to colleges?

For the IBT i think but i'm not sure that 83 is pass for most colleges ... because i check out most colleges requirement for master admission.... but still it depend on which college u are applying for ?
