Goodbye to 2010. #1 (permalink) Fri Dec 31, 2010 9:58 am   Goodbye to 2010.

It won't be very difficult for 2011 to outshine 2010. The year started badly, and progressed downhill as the months slowly dragged past. Keeping a smile on my face was a mammoth task as every month became even more of a burden. The passing of my mother the previous year was still pressing heavily on my mind. It was only the glorious summer weather that we had that eased my depression somewhat. I was able to get out early in the mornings with my canine friends, and the sunlight evaporated the nights gloom.
Losing little Becky was like a hammer-blow that will take some getting over.
Here's hoping that 2011 will see a turnaround in my fortunes. They say, "What goes around comes around", but whatever it is, it is certainly taking its time in coming.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all, wherever you may be. May your God smile on you.

Kitos.

Kitos, you don't know how much I look up to you. Every difficulty or trouble you went through, I know I always find more or less optimism in the way you dealt with these things. I just want to be strong like you when facing up to challenge. Miraculously, you teach me to be brave whatever happens, even such a "hammer-blow" hit you. I still remember what you said :

Quote:
C'mon, cheer up. You have your whole life ahead of you. Every day is another chance to shake the world with your enthusiasm. Don't be bored, be vigorous and funny.

Kitos, now I just try to become a courageous guy like you. Many many heartfelt thanks for your great great help and stories, especially your meaningful lessons for the last days. Wish you a Happy Happy New Year with many interesting things to come.

Hello Kitosdad,

I hope from the bottom of my heart that you will have a better time in this year. I think many people do not have persons or things around themselves to love or lose. Many people do no be loved by other people. I think you are so lucky to have had many many things and people around yourself that either you have loved them or they have loved you or both. God bless you, Kitosdad.
