Happy New Year!! My first essay for 2011 on this forum :P Some people think that human needs for farmland, housing, and industry are more important that saving land for endangered animals. Do you agree or disagree with this point of view? Why or why not? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Nature is all the plants, animals and things in the universe that ARE not made by people. It is clear that it (cannot- one word.) be controlled. It is generally knowN that WE humans have command over it. On the contrary, many earthquakes, tornadoes prove that is all wrong. The Mother Nature knows how to rule the species on the Earth and to make them work cooperativeLY. It is scientifically proven that the animals are before the human kind WERE LIVING on the Earth LONG BEFORE HUMANS. First the dinosaurs and then the species STILL living TODAY. People do not have any rights to change the course of the nature. It has been developing for a millionS of years and one human life is too short to see everything that changes. The Earth is not AS it was because of the growing pollution. The factories and the GROWTH OF farmland have polluted the air. It is no longer sustainable. The temperature is raising RISING and this will be A crucial POINT IN THE survivAL OF humans. They need to respect ALL animals, even if it is necessary to make more space for endangered species to get back to their normal way of living.
In addition, every element is in combination with something else. Nature works in this way, for example, cutting trees might be useful for domestic needs but it will affect the climate. For instance, in the National park “Yellowstone” many years ago hundreds OF started to kill wolves WERE KILLED. They thought that many herbivores are treated of devastation. However, the rabbits quickly populated the area and, therefore, the trees suffered from them. Subsequently, the hunters started to reduce the number of this animalRABBITS. As a result the wolves rapidly killed everything which was appropriate to their menu. Nature (cannot) be controlled. It decides which is momentous and how to direct it. Even though, people think they know the nature it is utterly THEY ARE OFTEN wrong.
Moreover, people can greatly benefit from the animals. For example, a variety of dogs are used for working purposes. Numerous other cases prove that all kinds OF ANIMALS can successfully cooperate on this planet. It is just the course of the things and people need to find out UNDERSTAND this fact. They do not control the situation. Many studies show that the Earth was destroyed millions years ago. However, it coped MANAGED to recover and reproduce new life.
Some may argue that the Earth is sustainable without all animal kinds. However, it is completely wrong to believe that killing vast NUMBERS of organisms will be beneficial. They have a valuable partTO PLAY IN life. Living things play a major role to balance the nature.
Thus, it is clear that endangered animals are very important to the nature. The Earth is made in this way and all beings need to reconsider this importance. If they do not do SO they will suffer more than expected. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: OK Neacel. The essay was quite good, but you are, like so many others, making the usual mistake of using "the" where it is not needed. It is not "the" society, "the"nature, "the"science, except in certain contexts. You must read the work of other students to learn from everyone else's errors. It is not enough to simply review your own work. Every error you see corrected in the work of others is your opportunity to learn. As I have already said, scores are going to be more stringently awarded this year. Don't be disappointed ... just do better!
