5. Some children in rural places cannot have good schools and medical facilities. To improve this situation, some people suggest that new teachers and doctors should be sent to rural places for several years. Others, however, believe every one has the free right to choose where to work. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Division between rich and poor is one of the universal issues to all of countries. There are always some area where is relatively in a state of poverty while some others are increasingly advancing at a staggering rate. Governments, as the one who have the responsibility on enriching their citizens, commit themselves to ease the divisions all the time. In this case, the argument that new teachers and doctors should be involved in the development of rural places seems hold water.

Obviously, the involvement of new teachers and doctors would bring new blood to rural places, which is powerful and needed immediately. On the one hand, new teachers and doctors would change the situation in some places without any teachers and doctors. These places are lack of schools and hospitals since they are so poor that few teachers and doctors would bear that condition for a long time. No one would be willing to stay in a poor place for years instead of a decent life. Therefore, some measures or regulations are necessary to stimulate them. On the other hand, new teachers and doctors could benefit from these welfare activities. Take doctors for instance, and intern in a big hospital rarely has opportunities to operate on his/her patients. In contrast, doctors have to take care of their patients by themselves in rural places where is certainly less competitive.

However, there exists some disadvantages that should not be overlooked. Specifically, if doctors and teachers are forced to a poor village from a big city, some of them, probably, are loath. And this situation could easily transform a teacher to nightmare of his/her students and a doctor to a killer.

In conclusion, after my analysis, I agree that new doctors and teachers should take the challenge in rural places since it is mutually beneficial. But measures should be done in order to ensure it continued, such as prize system and money support from government. The formal can encourage new teachers and doctors go to remote places when they make their decision and the later can offer them a better condition there.

I am really hoping to see an improvement in the work of you all this New Year. You still have a limit of two essays a day, but if you feel you need to write only one per day to show an improvement, so much the better. The vast majority have it within them to write really good essays about their topics. Take your time. Think what you want to say. Think about how you intend to say it, then review it in your mind once more before beginning to write.
Scores will be more stringently applied this year. Poor work will be scored as low as six.
If you get nine, which is going to be really difficult, make sure you write even better in your next essay. Your goal is TEN, always strive for it. It is achievable, and all of you have the ability to achieve it.
Remember what I have said repeatedly ... reading is your way forward.

If anyone submits a second essay without awaiting the edit of the first, then both essays will be ignored. All corrections will be done so that you can easily find them by reviewing the edit. You don't have to rewrite your work, just make sure that you don't repeat the same mistake again.
If you still have not mastered punctuation, then spend an hour or so in doing so. It isn't brain surgery ... just do it!
Topic titles should be checked for correctness. Posts without topic titles will also be ignored.
