Topic:It is often not a good thing to move to a new city or a new country because of the lost of old friends.
An increasing number of individuals incline to regard moving to a new city or a new country as a negative thing for the sake of losing friends. Indeed, it seems that moving to a new place, to some extent, enlarge the distance to friends and create a barrier for contacting with friends. However, a new place also provides people a significant means to meet different culture and people which exert profound effect on their life. I definitely oppose the statement and reckon that merits of moving to a new place far outweigh drawbacks of it. First of all, living in a new place will not hamper maintaining those former sincere friendships; moreover, it is an essential access to obtain new friends. In fact, with the advance of technology, city residents are more convenience to contact with each other, no matter how long the distance is. Internet, for example, is one of the most prominent tools in helping people to communicate with in world wide areas. When I was 12 years old, my family move to another city, I have to leave my best friends. Fortunately, with the help of internet, I chat with my friends with online phone when I miss them; I also play online games with them in my spare time. The internet bridges the gap between two cities which makes our friendship more harmony. Furthermore, instead of promoting old relationship, a new city offers people a platform to meet more friends. Normally, a new circumstance means new friendship source and every people we meet, such as classmate or colleague, are more likely to be friend. Thus, moving to a new place not be impediment for the past relationship, it demonstrates an obvious assistance in erect new friendships. In addition to the previous point, comparing to live in single location, moving to a new place guarantees people learn more knowledge. In most case, people who prefer to living in an invariable place in their whole life are prone to bear a shortage sight. On the contrary, dwelling in a new city or a new country, presents people an entire different life style and culture. For example, when I moving to American, I can experience some native festivals, such as Thanksgiving Day and Christmas, and learn the procedure of ceremony which is purely novelty for me. Meanwhile, by traveling around, I could taste various kinds of distinct food, see uncommon animal species and view spectacular sight. Besides, studying in a new place offers individuals a precious chance to learn new advance technologies. Take my own experience for instance, I am an antenna engineer, and American which is famous for its antenna technology, living in the state enable me a valuable opportunity to learn new technology which is indispensable catalyst for my future career. In sum, people should not refuse to move to a new place, since they will not lose their former friends attribute to a bunch of high technology tools, but they will get more new friends. Moving to a new place also offer them a efficient means to learn new things.

Don't forget about plurality. An "S" is required when you are writing about more than one thing. Try to organise your work in a better way. Be concise.
1. State how technology will help you stay in touch with your friends. 2. Express how moving to a new place will open you up to new friendships and opportunities. 3. Two paragraphs and a concise conclusion will serve you well.
