It has been said, "Not all learning takes place in the classroom." Compare and contrast knowledge gained from personal experience with knowledge gained from classroom instruction. In your opinion, which source is more important? Why?
I think knowledge gained at the classroom can become strong and clear only if you strengthen it with experience. That is why I totally agree with the saying that "Not all learning takes place in the classroom." Classroom instruction provides general idea about the different topics of the certain subject and the students should practice it at the workplaces or with the practice books. At the same time classroom instructions given by the professor are the most important, because you can’t build a house without a base.
Today I’m a financial faculty student and at the same time working as a secretary of asset-liability committee at a bank. Practicing the knowledge gained at the classroom at work strengthens all learnt more efficiently. At the university the professor explains and gives examples for preparation of financial statements. But we don’t have enough time to discuss all the examples and problems provided in the text book. I’m one of the active students of the class. It’s because I take part at the committee meetings and have a chance to analyze the financial statements. I often have different questions and the professor is always welcome to answer them. At the same time, at bank all the financial department employees can explain me calculations of the problems.
At the same time university lessons provides systematic learning of knowledge. I think that classroom instructions are the base in learning certain subject. It’s because the professors exactly know what key points the students should know and the ways to explain them. Moreover, during learning of the topic explanation by the teacher can’t be replaced even with the explanation of the Head of Finance Department. For example, at work I see that many workers had forgotten many notions of the accounting, but they can solve problems, because doing the same things over years becomes to a habit.
Knowledge gained at the classroom is the most important. It will serve as a base in practicing textbook, preparing assignments and working. At the same time you should never forget that not all learning will take place at the classroom and strengthen your knowledge by practicing different practice books and working.

I think knowledge gained IN the classroom can become strong and clear only if you strengthen it with experience. That is why I totally agree with the saying that "Not all learning takes place in the classroom." Classroom instruction provides general ideaS about the different topics of the certain subjectS, and the students should practice it at theIR workplaces or with the practice books. At the same time classroom instructions given by the professor are the most important, because you can’t build a house without a base.
Today I’m a financial faculty student and at the same time working as a secretary of AN asset-liability committee at a bank. Practicing the knowledge gained IN the classroom at work strengthens all I HAVE learnt more efficiently. At the university the professor explains and gives examples for preparation of financial statements, but we don’t have enough time to discuss all the examples and problems provided in the text book. I’m one of the MORE active students IN the class. It’s because I take part at the committee meetings and have a chance to analyze the financial statements. I often have different questions and the professor is always welcomeD to answer them. At the same time, at THE bank all the financial department employees can explain MY calculations of the problems.
At the same time university lessons provide systematic learning of knowledge. I think that classroom instructions are the base in learning certain subjectS. It’s because the professors exactly know EXACTLY what key points the students should know and the ways to explain them. //Moreover, during learning of the topic explanation by the teacher can’t be replaced even with the explanation of the Head of Finance Department.// (Poorly written Phoebe.)
For example, at work I see that many workers had forgotten many notions of the accounting, but they can solve problems, because doing the same things over years HAS BECOME a habit.
Knowledge gained IN the classroom is the most important. It will serve as a base in practicing textbook, preparing assignments and working. At the same time you should never forget that not all learning will take place IN the classroom, and strengthen your knowledge by practicing different practice books and working. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Pretty good Phoebe. You haven't lost your touch.
