I have just seen the post to which you refer (I'm sorry your message wasn't spotted earlier) and I have ensured that the insult - and the person who made it - have been removed from the board.

That particular poster was also a newly registered member. I suspect the only reason for registering was to cause upset and trouble. On behalf of the team I would like to apologise that you were greeted with such rudeness.

The majority of people who use this site are, like you, earnest students of English who want to improve their skills. Please be assured that such rudeness as you encountered will not be tolerated.
