Some people think the government should spend more money on the improvement of its citizens’ health. Others believe the government should spend this money on international aid instead. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Answers:
The arguments of whether the authority should spend money on domestic Medicare system or international aids get to rise high as the economy plummets nowadays. There are many views about this hot issue. Some support that money should pour in themselves, yet others believe that view is too short sighted. There are many reasons to support the former ones. Initially, the money collected by the government comes from the citizens and it surely has to be allocated to their welfares including health insurance, food supply and education. Once are individuals healthy and self sufficient, they have more driving forces to produce and in turn, they will create more taxes for the government. Furthermore, democratic policy dictates that taxes should be put to use in the people. Otherwise, people would not the authority and then it would fade in terms of public trust. However, those against the view have deeper thinking. First, the world develops into a whole part that no country would be separated from it. When one nation inflicted famine, others would be affected by the refugees too. It is very hard to distinguish which are unique problems of one country. Moreover, from the point of charity, we all have the responsibility help the needy through the hard time regardless of their nationalities. I believe we could offer our generous surplus to other nations if our people are taken care of well. To begin with, giving aids to other nations shows kindness and warm heart and this helps to establish confidence and friendship. The ones who accept offers would be grateful to the done. They would also return their grate and thanks in some other ways. Second, providing food to the countries in poverty pacifies the high tension and conflicts among the local people. This really aided to construct new political and economic orders there. Last, the effects executed by international aids exceed the pay we have offered. For example, it reduces the propagation of diseases, lower the internal crimes and even hinder the drug smuggling to some degree. Although some people would be too mean to put so much money on foreign nations, I believe the gets outweigh the pays. To establish a prosperous globe, wealthy and poor nations should endeavour a joint effort in boosting living standards, eliminate illiterate people and root out wars. ............................................................................................................................. Daniel, this was very poorly written. I couldn't be bothered to edit it further. You can do much better than this.
