Incomplete name in my TOEFL® CBTscore card

Hi friends
My name is incomplete on the TOEFL CBT score card I had received. The last five characters of my first name were terminated .The TOEFL score card is of the format " Surname, Given(First) Name, Middle Name". I have a long surname and hence the last five characters of my first name were terminated.
I had double-checked my name after the exam...all the details were perfect and I had not seen any warning that may name is large and it would be terminated on the score card.
But when I got my score card, I was taken aback to see my first name incomplete on it. Is there any way to request a new TOEFL score card with abbreviated surnames? Please provide some suggestions... I am a bit apprehensive because the universites are too finicky when it comes to names and other personal details, as it involves security issues... Do you think they would accept score card with incomplete names?

Please provide some suggestions or workarounds.
