Soon i'll be going for an interview, and obviously the first question will be: Please tell us about yourself. How a person answer to that? Secondly, if they ask you if you have any questions - what type of questions do you ask? Please kindly assist.

If they ask you to tell about yourself, you do what you ask, tell about yourself. Only you can answer that question, I can't and I'm sure nobody else can either. Think through what you want to tell about yourself. Obviously you don't want to give them a negative impression of yourself, so don't berate yourself, but rather focus on whatever good qualities you have about yourself. Don't lay it on too thick either, experienced HR managers can see right through a lie and you will lose some points for that. Moderation is the key here.

If asked if you have any questions, try to ask a few about the company, its goals, what is expected of its exployees, what will be your duties if you're hired. In other words, show some concern, that you're interested in working in the company.
