Avira Romania -- international case study

Avira is an interesting example of how companies operate successfully on an international level. Avira GmbH is a German Internet security solutions provider that founded a Romanian subsidiary in 2004.

I have been using the Avira Internet security suite and it has been an excellent experience, much better than Norton, Symantec or McAfee. (It's a rare case that a German software solution is better than an American one.) Anyway, here is Avira's Romanian website which is also available in Romanian:
