A person's childhood years are the most important years of a person's life. #1 (permalink) Mon Jan 17, 2011 23:31 pm   A person's childhood years are the most important years of a person's life.

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A person's childhood years (the time from birth to twelve years old age) are the most important years of a person's life. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
-------

Childhood years are the most important period in a person life. In this period of our life we believe everything and anything our parents and friends told us. Innocent, white heart and spontaneous are common characters in all children. All what we care about are a beautiful toys and innocent children like us to play with them. It's a beautiful period indeed; yet, I don't think it's the most important period on our life for many reasons.

First and foremost, I think people remember us by what we do in our life. Hence, if we had the ability to stop the time and stay children forever we will have a good life with no problems. Yet, we won't be able to build ourselves and reach our goals because children only worry about toys and playing. Therefore, even if growing up means that we will face difficulties and problems on the other hand, it also means that we will be able to grave our names in this life and make a difference.

Second, I think that grown up people have more privet life. They can decide and do things without asking anyone. In contrast, children are not qualified to decide what they want to do. They are independent; their parents take all the decisions. When I was a child I kept dreaming of the day that I would grow up and be dependent. I always dreamed of going to the school alone without the guide of my parents.

Finally, every periods of our life had its advantages and disadvantages. Childhood is a perfect period and many people thought that it's the most important period in our life. As person who adores privacy and independent life I will chose grown up life.

P.S. again I added the pressure of timing to my essay :( I wrote this in 30 min please correct my essay my exam after 1 month ... I miss Kitos , I really need him those days can't wait to see him again here.

It is a good attempt but try to review your essay. I know it's hard to make it in 30min but you can do it. Keep on practicing with others on this forum. Soon you will succeed with flying colors.

A person's childhood years are the most important years of a person's life. #5 (permalink) Wed Jan 19, 2011 1:21 am   A person's childhood years are the most important years of a person's life.

Childhood years are the most important period in a person'S life. In this period of our life we believe everything and anything our parents and friends TELL us. AN Innocent, white heart and SPONTANEITY are common characters in all children. All THAT we care about are a beautiful toys and innocent children like us to play with them. It's a beautiful period indeed; yet, I don't think it's the most important period OF our life for many reasons.

First and foremost, I think people remember us by what we do in our life. Hence, if we had the ability to stop the time and REMAIN children forever we WOULD have a good life with no problems. Yet, we WOULDN'T be able to DEVELOP ourselves and reach our goals because children only worry about toys and playing. Therefore, even if growing up means that we will face difficulties and problems on the other hand, it also means that we will be able to ENGRAVE/CARVE our names in this life and make a difference.

Second, I think that grown up people have A more PRIVATE life. They can decide and do things without asking anyone. In contrast, children are not qualified to decide what they want to do. They are independent; their parents take all the decisions. When I was a child I kept dreaming of the day that I would grow up and be dependent. I always dreamed of going to the school alone without the GUIDANCE of my parents.

Finally, every periods PERIOD of our life HAS its advantages and disadvantages. Childhood is a perfect period and many people THINK that it's the most important period in our life. As A person who adores privacy and AN independent lifeSTYLE I will choOse A grown up life.

Re: A person's childhood years are the most important years of a person's life. #8 (permalink) Fri Jan 21, 2011 21:31 pm   Re: A person's childhood years are the most important years of a person's life.

I strongly agree with the statement "A person's childhood years are most important years of a persons life".beneath i explain some reason against this statement.

At first, every person's childhood minds are soft and flexible. He can easily be influenced by others. If he biased positively by others his mentality build up as positively and vice versa.
Secondly, Childhood is the foundation build up time of ethics, morality, humanity, kindness and so on. If a person's can ensure his ethical foundation in childhood year's , it remains rest of his/ her life.
Thirdly, The key knowledge a person's achieved also during the childhood. A person's can't easily remove from his/her memory the knowledge which he/she achieved during the childhood.
For example , if we see the life of greatman we can easily conclude that their progress start from childhood. The environment of childhood age is enormously important for a person.
The terrorist maximum came from slum, because in their childhood they observe their surrounding polluted environment .
Finally , Childhood is the crucial age for human being . And it also can possible to predict a persons progress in his/her life by observing his/her childhood.
Many scientist specially emphasis on the childhood for a person's progress/growth. When a person became matured there is limited probability to change his/her mentality rather than he follows his childhood habit.

By analyzing these clues we easily can conclude that, a person's childhood year's are most important years of a person's life.

Hi Sana I think you are new on this forum. Remember if you post your essay underneath the others' essays, your essay might be neglected. So post your essay in the new topic, then moderators of this forum can evaluate your essay.
