Hello from me again , as I promised I read as much as I could to improve my punctuation, I post my latest essay and hopefully it is better than the other ones. My TOEFL exam is on the 6th of FEB. so I hope to be ready till then.Here is the essay:

Nowadays food has become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the way people live? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

In the past , it took a lot of time to prepare the food you eat , and usually it was the woman who spent all day long cooking. However in the past several years , this has changed dramatically . Nowadays the food we eat is easy to prepare , it is also much more convenient and , of course , now woman can have bigger goals then cooking all day long .

Technology has changed our lives in many ways , one of them is the preparation of the food . If you are a busy businessman , you will not have enough time to shop , cook , and then clean , instead you can always put a frozen meal in the microwave and enjoy your food in a minute. This doesn’t mean you will have to eat the same frozen food over and over again , nowadays there are hundreds of different meals on the market .

In the past , people had to wait for a particular period of the year , to be able to enjoy a specific kind of food . For example , bananas , oranges and other exotic fruits were imported in my country only during the summer and very often there weren’t enough for everybody . Now it is way different , fruits and other types of goods are imported in my country all year long . All it takes is to just go to the local supermarket and buy them. It is much more convenient then it was for my ancestors.

Fourty years ago , it was a custom for the woman to stay in home all day long and do the shopping , the cooking , and the cleaning . There weren’t any other positions for the woman in the society . Now it is different. Due to technology and the sexual revolution , there are many woman with careers , political posts , and even astronauts. Now women are free to chose their own path , which would lead them to happiness .

Food has always had an impact on our lives , when it was hard to find It , prepare it and buy It , our lives were difficult , and it was the main source of a worries , but now it is different . We can easily own anything we want , when we want it . This has made us more independent as a whole.

P.P. If my punctuation is still bad , Can someone recommend me a source from where I could get better . Thanks In Advance :)

The biggest problem with your punctuation is your typing skill!

You should not leave a space after the preceding word before adding a full stop, comma, question mark, exclamation mark, colon or semi-colon. IYou have also used some capital letters randomly for the pronoun 'it' (which doesn't require a capital letter unless it begins a sentence).
