1. In Timesheet, Enter your "Worked Hours" in small text box (Mandatory) and Description (optional). If you couldn’t fill the hours then it won’t be get saved. For your reference I attached screen shot, please refer.

2. Everyday email will be delivered to the respective managers with entered hours.

3. If you be entered wrongly "Worked Hours" in small text box (Mandatory), then you need to be updated the hour "0" and save.

Please correct the sentence.

Thanks

If you incorrectly entered 'worked hours' in the small text box, then update the number of hours to '0' and save.

Depending on the exact nature of the form, this might be better:
If you made an error entering the hours worked in the mandatory small text box, then to correct it, update the number of hours to '0' and save.

On the timesheet, please enter your 'worked hours' in the small text box (mandatory) and the description field (optional). If you do not fill in the worked hours then the data will not be saved. For your reference, I attach a screen shot.

I don't understand the second one. Do you mean e-mail will be delivered daily? What do you mean by 'with entered hours' here?

Thank you. I think I understand now.

An e-mail specifying the 'worked hours' entered will be delivered to the respective managers every day.

Please note:
Every day (a two word expression) means daily/each day.
Everyday ( a one word expression) actually just means ordinary or commonplace.
