There are typos in the question. This test has been corrected on the database for a while (there are other typos in the test too) but it seems that the database refresh has not yet taken place so learners are still seeing the uncorrected version.
The sentence above should read:
People who take care of tame bees are called bee .......... . These people create hives for the bees and then collect the honey they produce.

also I couldn't find word "oftame " in dictionary. Who knows if is better online dictionary than

No wonder you couldn't, this word doesn't exist.
The test sentence lacks three spaces:

People who take care of tame bees are called bee keepers.

By the way, it may interest you to know that bee keepers are also called apiarists.

beekeeper = beemaster = apiarist.
You're right - the test sentence lacks 3 spaces.
