How to deal with a gift of money ?

Hi ,I am trying to write a toelf essay everyday ,and I hope it will improve my english skill. I would appreciate If you can give me some advice .Thank you .

If I have a chance to be given a gift of money , I would deal with them as I plan now .

First of all . my mother always tell me ,don't spend your money frivolously . The first thing I want to do is to save the majority of them in bank . Because we will never tell what would happen in the future , so saving money means we can use it when emergencies . For example . today in modern sociey , we cannot deny that the medical fees have become one of the greatest problem that a family would confronted with . When disaster strikes ,like a sudden illnesss occurs in the family ,having money in hands can mean the difference between life and death

Saving money is a way to guard against an unpredictable future , however , since I am a young university student , I can tolerate more high risk inverstment and high resturned incomes . So I would spend some of my money on inverstment . Considering the less risk of inverstment for me is buying fund , I would buy some funds and learn how to manage my finance more appropriate . That is also a way to generate my future wealth .

In the end . to the rest of my gifted money,which has only a little left . I am planning to spend it with my parents . I would eat outside with my parents or buy them some cloths . I am sure they wuold be very happy .
