Should the mass media publish details of people's private lives or should they be #1 (permalink) Tue Jan 25, 2011 17:35 pm   Should the mass media publish details of people's private lives or should they be

Should the mass media publish details of people's private lives or should they be controlled?
The introduced question is very controversial because this issue is connected with many fundamental ideas, such as the importance of democracy or freedom. At the same time, there are some moral aspects, which cannot be overlooked. From my point of view, journalists are not eligible for interfering in people's private lives.
First of all, it is important to outline that the framework of democracy dictates particular rules and restrictions. In other words, people have a right for personal lives, and nobody can control them unless their actions do not contradict legislation. This is the reason why it is not correct when newspapers or television pay so great attention to relationships between members of a particular family or other events in people’s private lives.
Secondly, it is not very sensible to forget about moral aspects. It means that it is impolite to inform society about intimate lives of other people. In this case, journalists do not take into account the opinion of the heroes of their broadcasts. For instance, it is known that some celebrities do not like to communicate with media because of the subjective attitude of the press.
In conclusion, it is vital to emphasise the points of the present essay. In my opinion, journalists should not interfere in people's private lives because it breaks law, and also it has negative effect on the moral rules in society.

I overt specific answer on this questions . The mass media shouldn't be publish details of people's private lives. It is for such beneath reasons.

At first , maximum people influenced by mass media , it doesn't matter either their publish right or wrong. So a specific persons private life is not standard for other's.But when mass media publish one's private life others people must get influence by this event.
secondly, Media shouldn't be the rights to publish people's private lives . Because mass media may exaggerate the people's character for publishing purpose ,thus other people may know the impair information about that person.
finally , It is maximum probability to impact the negative effect on other's by publishing detail's of people's private lives. It is also the violations of humane rights. It must be controlled and should be published by following government rules and regulations.
