You have money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you chose to

Today, people have different preferences in their life. If will be possible to have money and purchase those money, I will prefer to put money down and invest in opening a business. Running a business will give me the opportunity to earn more money, give the possibility not to be ‘lucked’ at work, and helps me to become a better leader.

To begin with, by opening a business gives me the opportunity to earn money. Like everyone else, I have a dream to have a better life, and live in in a lux our well- equipment house with spacious room and lovely garden. My dream will come true if I open a business. In order to run this business successfully, needs a lot of work, dedication and time. Therefore, the money that I will get from a business will be enough support to help me to buy a house, finish my education, pay for my children schools etc.

Secondly, opening a business helps me to be more “free” not lucked with work. Many businessmen chose their employers and by choosing a great supervisor, I do not have to be 24 hours at work. In the same time, I can take care of my family, kids or do other work which brings me more benefits not only materials one but also spiritual. For example, I can have more free time for vacation, which will help me to release my body from daily stress and come back to work.

Last but not least, when someone runs a business become a leader. A business is a complex system requiring not only the most recent knowledge of management, accountings and marketing but also the ability to spend work deficiently and divide work evenly. Running a business gives the opportunity to deal with a lot of people and through this I can get more work experience and become a leader. In addition, I’m a strong person who likes to take part in difficult tasks and is not afraid of failures. So business is really worth trying.

To sum it up, if I have money and I had to choose to buy, I’ll prefer to buy a business rather than a house. I believe that opening a business will give me more benefits such as more money, more freedom and will help to lead better. All these together will support me to be successful and have a better life.
