Topic: Businesses should hire employees for their entire lives. Do you agree or disagress? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Since the development of globalization, employees and employers have possessed more choices, relationship between the two parties have changed significantly. It has become a hotly debate that whether businesses should keep their employees for all of their livers. As far as I'm concerned, it's not appropriate for a business company to hire a long life time employee.

The first agent of my points is, for a company, hiring a employee would discourage its development. We live in a world where competition is fierce, ever-changing all the time. if the company hire a worker today, even he is talent and diligent, but we can find that 20 years later he would too old to learn new technology. In today's modern office environment, companies that can't use the highly-advanced technology would be at a severe disadvantage compare to their counterparts. The fact is, a company providing lifetime positions to their employees will prevent the new blood and run the risk of being paralyzed by a staff unable to change with the times.

Secondly, people always feel rest without worries if they don't perceive any signs of losing jobs. That's to say, if a worker works in a company for a long time doing the same task over and over again, he will feel boring soon after and then think he would not lose his job while thinking ways as possible as he can to be lazy, which has not benefits to both of the company and the employee.

In the end, A good company will take the employees' needs into account, they don't like to keep unsuitable employees. For the employees, working in the same companies all their lives would limit their development in the future and stop them to fulfill their goals. Some people find they don't like the jobs they choose in the first time, if they work in that jobs in a passive attitude, they will end up with complaint all the time and no improvement.
