How I can be a TOEFL® director?

Torsten Daerr,
Thank you for your responsibility and your patience. I am an English teacher in China and now I am doing a project to teach the students who want to take TOEFL in two years. However, I haven't any experience of TOEFL, so I hope you can give me some directions in this field, I mean how I can be a TOEFL director. Now my students are high students and they have a certain command of English language. They have learned almost all the English grammar and their vocabulary is about 3,000. I just hope they can really improve their language skills through my teaching and I don't want to give them some strategies of taking examinations just like many Chinese English-teaching organizations do (the most well-known in China is the New Oriental) and of course they are commercial.

Tomorrow is the biggest Chinese festival--- the Spring Festival. Now my family and I are preparing for it.I chose the background of my email with the dumplings which is a very troditional food during the Spring Festival. I hope you can share our happiness.
