We are living in a fast changing world where knowledge is the most important treasure. Majoritity of people acquire a substantial amount of notions in the schools. Therefore, good teachers are important for students. If we ask people Shoul a good teacher set challenging tasks for their students or not, most people will definitely answer yes.
To better understand why good teachers set challenging tasks for their students, we should look over this issue closely.

First of all, the most significiant reason is that schools get students ready to solve hard problems which they are working in their field.
In professional life,people face with many hard pinfalls.How do they solve these problems? Only if they have a strong knowledge, they will survey in severe conditions.Therefore, teachers should set up their tasks according to harsh pinfalls or problems. They solve these problems while they are a student. When they face with these problems in their companies, they could get rid of these problems with spending less effort. To give an example, when I was an undergraduate student ,I took applied Fluid Mechanics Course and I solved hard problems related to pipeline engineering.Nowadays. I work as pipeline engineer in well-known company. When I come with problems, I always solve them easily thanks to challenging tasks of Fluid Mechanics course.

The second most important reason is that challening tasks need some information based on journals,articles. Challenging tasks cause to become curious while they are doing research, They could grasp the other aspect of events. As a result of research, students could become open-minded.For instance, when I was a student, my teacher gave me homework about engineering . It cause to become mechanical engineer.

All in all, good teachers should set challenging task for their students because challenging tasks cause to become familar with hard conditions and problems and also open minded people. The more challeges students face with, the more succesful they become.
