Can this sentence be much better?
I'm just broken down from within. (Broken down from within because of a bad situation)
2) If possible please try and understand my feelings for you and why I'm feeling this way and why I'm behaving this way.
3) I'm not bad but the situation has left me helpless and I'm not myself .

I'm just broken down from within.-- This makes no sense to me. #2 and #3 are OK.
