Do we say, I'm completely broken down or I've completely broken down .
Is it grammatically correct or can it be much better?

I am entirely broken down. the state of being
I have broken down. Grammatically correct. In a context, something that has happened to me.

Do we say, I'm completely broken down or I've completely broken down .
Is it grammatically correct or can it be much better?
In my opinion,it's 'I'm completely broken down'. because we have passive voice.-to be broken down by smth.
