These days, lots of people have been becoming more involved in business, and that caused more dependence on others to manage their lives’ details. Having helpers is very old fashion for the rich. From my perspective, it is wise to employ fellows to do tasks for many purposes such as saving time and increasing productivity.
If I have company, I would, definitely, hire people to do many daily taskS. For Example, If I am on a meeting talking about lucrative deal, and then someone calls me asking for paying the fee of the Internet services in my home, I would be disrupted and distracted that someone can do that for me. Consequently, having a worker to finish any kind of task(,) like paying fees, can save my time and make my life better. I think those (,) who serve business men for their entire lives are not marginal people but effective. Therefore, I agree businesses should hire people employees for their entire lives.
Similarly, I know many famous business men who hire men and women to handle their present and prepare for their future. For instance, Donald Trump, is one of the most successful business men in the entire world and, one of the largest owner of buildings in Manhattan, NY. He says in his popular book "How to Get Rich" that he hired people not only to deal with regular jobs (,) but, sometimes, to deal with complex projects. Also, he states that he gave permissions to them to establish huge investments such as golf places, training centers, bars and enterprises abroad. And, he still maintains his fortune growing up and his relationships expanding. Those people, know clearly, how beneficial is sharing successes with others.
In conclusion, If I were a rich man, I would hire people to help me in everything. Besides, I think it is so impressive to share my achievements WITH the others .
