Hi,

She'll never be back. - has something to do with her 'willingness' to do something, to come back, in this case.
vs.
She never will be back. - indicates that she'll never be back in future.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Rickyrocky,

I think you are reading too much significance here in the position of the adverb. I would suggest 'will never be back' sounds more natural. I've written some notes for the site on adverbs, which you may find of use:
