Hello Zainab011,

It looks like you were logged in when you posted your question. Did you realize that?
If I'm not mistaken, it's possible to post anything without being logged in...

Esl_Expert is (as usual) quite correct, but I believe it's possible to post without realising you are logged in, if you do so through the reply link in an e-mail from the site.

My guess is that you are either not entering the correct username or not entering the correct password. It has to be exactly the same as you entered when you registered. Perhaps you made a typing error, either when you signed up, or when you try to log in.
I'll ask someone who can access these details to take a look at it for you.

Thank you Beeeesneees for this consideration.
May be you are right but when I click on "I have forget password" and submit my ID to change it ,they are saying "A new password has been created please check your inbox to see" but I don't receive any message.
So what you think should I leave this site or always connected through my mail ID?

Hello Zainab,

I have sent a message to someone who should be able to help, but he hasn't picked it up yet. Please be patient and we'll get back to you. In the meantime please continue accessing the site through your mail.
I'm sure we'll be able to get it sorted so you can log in direct.
